Become the Perfect Dinner Host (And All it Takes is Our Outdoor Grill!)

Hosting a dinner party can be a stressful experience. There’s the unexpected dinner guest (you didn’t know was coming), the lack of countertop space in your kitchen to adequately prepare the food, and spilled cocktails on your new beige carpet. But when it comes to hosting the perfect dinner—that goes off without a hitch!—there’s a much better way.

Bring the party—and best of all, the party planning—outdoors!

Your outdoor kitchen is the perfect party accessory—allowing you to be the perfect host. Whether you want a Moroccan theme (a recipe is below!), a holiday get together or just a good old fashioned Saturday night dinner party with your closest friends and family, it no longer has to be hectic and chaotic.

Your outdoor BBQ grill will make it so you have the best party you’ve ever thrown. Here are some tips to guarantee your grill steals the show (and impresses even the biggest griller in your family):

Grill up Skewers’ for a Tasty Treat

Skewers are a smart, creative way to serve up an appetizer or main dish that leave your guests feeling like you really thought out the menu well! Keep your crowd’s appetite at bay (and eager for the main course) by serving up mini-skewers. Add two pieces of chicken to each skewer, along with fresh rosemary, baby potatoes, green peppers, olive oil and garlic salt. Grill for a few minutes on each side, and serve with a smile!

Keep it Simple

When it comes to using your stainless steel grill, there’s nothing better than a piece of grilled meat you take pride in cooking yourself.  Whether you’re entertaining a crowd of 20, or just feeding yourself, your grill is an investment in good, simple, tasty food. Don’t feel the need to overcomplicate the ‘good’ you grill—it’s guaranteed to turn out great every time.

Grilled Moroccan Chicken

4 Chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)

1 teaspoon of salt

¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

¼ teaspoon turmeric

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 Tbsp minced garlic

¼ Cup chopped basil

¼ Cup chopped oregano

1/3 Cup chopped green onion (just halfway up)

¾ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Salt and Pepper to taste

Poor all of the ingredients aside from the chicken (salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, turmeric, ground cumin, minced garlic, basil, oregano, green onion and olive oil) in a food processor. Immerse the chicken breasts into the mixture, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Immediately fire up your outdoor kitchen grill to medium and grill the chicken between 5-9 minutes on each side for perfect tenderness!

There is nothing like an outdoor grill, and when it comes to party planning, it’s the perfect accessory! Our outdoor BBQ grills are stainless steel, and offer amenities such as a refrigerator, porcelain tile countertop and bar, and even a fire pit!
